We’re delighted to announce this year’s special guest: Reggae Choir.
Known for their uplifting, harmony-rich interpretations of classic & contemporary reggae anthems, Reggae Choir brings people together through powerful collective singing rooted in joy, unity & community spirit.
Our carnival theme this year is Rooted & Rising. From the Yoruba term for ‘Your ancestral dance’ (“Ijó Ìdílé”) to honour the Nigerian roots of much of Carnival culture. We celebrate Carnival as a living, breathing family tree with deep roots in South American and Caribbean resistance and culture, plus new branches that continue to grow and innovate.
